Dandara recently unveiled a brand new four-bedroom show home at its recently launched Copsewood development in Potton, Bedfordshire.

It is expected to appeal to families searching for more space as buyers continue to prioritise lifestyle as a result of lockdown, and will be available to view through a virtual tour, in line with Covid restrictions.

Designed by interior experts Claude Hooper, the colour palette throughout incorporates some of the forecasted interior trends of 2021 with various shades of green and stone used throughout the house, complimented by some warmer brick accents to add depth.

Carrie Edwards, account director at Claude Hooper, commented on the inspiration behind the design: “The design was created to reflect an aspirational family home with a modern country feel.

“The lounge in particular has a lovely feature wood panelled wall, which I think will be memorable to visitors and will help create an interesting and inviting living space – it’s personally my favourite room!

“We wanted elements of botanical with modern clean-lined furniture, whilst having plenty of textures and patterns in cushions and throws to add that cosy warm feeling every family home should have!

“We wanted the children’s rooms to differ from the rest of the house so we choose a cycling theme for the boys room and a horse riding theme for the girls room. I loved designing the girl’s room in particular, it was actually inspired by Jade who works for Dandara. After learning that she is a keen horse rider, Dandara asked us to design the room with her in mind – the mural on the wall and the photography in the room is all based on her personal photos with her horse!”

Simon Pendlebury, sales and marketing director at Dandara, commented: “We really want to encourage anyone interested in the development to view the show home virtually, it will give potential buyers the perfect opportunity to see what life at Copsewood is like in a Covid-secure manner.

“Given the open space at the development and the flexible living space within the houses, Copsewood fits the criteria for many families searching for a lifestyle change – this has been the case for many who bought off-plan.”

Excellent commuting links are available for residents at Copsewood, with Sandy railway station just an eight-minute drive away which offers services to St Pancras International in less than an hour. Road links are available with easy access to the A1 as well as the B1042 and A603, which offer a route to Cambridge in less than 40 minutes.

Prices start at £295,000 for a two-bedroom semi-detached home. Find out more at www.dandara.com or [email protected].
