New Homes Week 2026 giveaway

  • To participate in this giveaway, users must invite @NewHomesWeek to be a collaborator in their Instagram post, and the post must include the hashtag #NewHomesWeek.
  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to the Home Builders Federation via the Instagram handle @NewHomesWeek. The “Prize” refers to a £100 high street.
  • This giveaway will run from 00.01am (GMT) on Monday 2 February 2026 to 11.59pm (GMT) on Sunday 8 February 2026. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page will not be accepted.
  • The giveaway is open to residents of (England, Wales and Scotland).
  • The Prize is a £100 high street voucher.
  • The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner.
  • The name and email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​
  • The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which the Promoter believes to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative Prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • No purchase is necessary. However, entrants will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  • The winner will have two weeks to claim their Prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
  • The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal data (name, Instagram/Facebook username and video/photos) submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
  • Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for broader marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants are are providing your information to the Home Builders Federation and not to Instagram. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims.
  • The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind – including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles, and/or account tagged, of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
