Barratt Developments, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019, has many live sites across the East of England and right now, some excellent offers on selected plots for sale.

The developments are available under the well-respected Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands and between them have a real mix of property types to suit many buyer requirements and budgets. There are currently some substantial offers worth thousands of pounds on some of their properties. Terms and conditions apply to these.

Bedfordshire

Willow Grove is a part of the successful, growing new community of Wixams, near Bedford, which also benefits from great commuter links by road to Luton and Milton Keynes, and excellent commuter rail services. Barratt Homes has an impressive selection of properties for sale here, with from two to five bedrooms and starting prices between £280,995 and £544,995. The ‘Hesketh’ is one of the plots with a special offer right now – reserve this home this week and receive a £4,000 Stamp Duty contribution. It’s a detached three-storey home which come with three parking spaces and four double bedrooms (one with en suite).

Prices range from £285,995 to £699,995 for David Wilson Homes’ impressive array of homes here. Arguably the most significant offer now comes with the five-bedroom ‘Emerson’, priced at £603,995. Cringleford Heights is just west of Norwich in a place which has been named Norfolk Village of the Year six times. Suffolk

Marham Park

David Wilson Homes has three-, four- and five-bedroom homes for sale at Marham Park with starting prices from £351,995 to £679,995. Located near to Bury St Edmunds, this development has good road and public transport connections to nearby towns and benefits from 35 acres of country park. Plot 137 is the four-bedroom ‘Bayswater’ which has recently had its price reduced by £10,000 and comes with a kitchen upgrade with integrated appliances.
