The developments are available under the well-respected Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands and between them have a real mix of property types to suit many buyer requirements and budgets. Marham Park
David Wilson Homes has three-, four- and five-bedroom homes for sale at Marham Park with starting prices from £351,995 to £679,995. Located near to Bury St Edmunds, this development has good road and public transport connections to nearby towns and benefits from 35 acres of country park.
