Taylor Wimpey West London is inviting people looking to purchase their first home to its First Time Buyer event, taking place at the Pine Trees development in High Wycombe on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 October, between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
The event will provide first-time buyers with all the information they need about stepping onto the property ladder. Independent financial advisors, Threshold Mortgage Advice, will be on hand to provide free guidance and visitors can find out about the initiatives available to help them on the route to home ownership, including the government-backed Help to Buy scheme through which a new home can be reserved with a 5% deposit.
Taylor Wimpey will also be offering special incentives for anyone who reserves a new home at Pine Trees during the First Time Buyer weekend. Buyers will be able to choose from either £1,000 John Lewis Vouchers, £1,000 Stamp Duty paid or £1,000 towards their legal fees.
For those attending on Saturday 30 October, Smokin’ Bean will be providing a selection of free hot drinks and delicious sweet snacks throughout the day.
Gemma Bibby, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey West London, said: “We understand that many first-time buyers may not be fully aware of the incentives out there and how schemes like Help to Buy might be of benefit to them. Our event is the perfect opportunity for those interested in purchasing their first home to have all of their questions answered by our experienced sales team and independent financial advisors.
“Visitors will also be able to find out about the homes currently available to reserve at Pine Trees and how they can make their dreams of buying a home for the first time possible. I would encourage anyone interested to book their place for our event to avoid disappointment.”
Situated in the tranquil town of High Wycombe, Pine Trees is an established and welcoming community that comes complete with open parkland, a community centre, a sports pitch and a play area. The development is the perfect location for those looking to escape to the country whilst being within easy reach of the town's plethora of amenities. Pine Trees is also just 30 minutes from central London by road or rail.
