Barratt Homes is encouraging keen house-hunters to choose the property of their dreams as soon as they can with a number of generous contributions to deposits on selected homes at its developments across the West Midlands region.

The offer is worth thousands of pounds and provide a great way of reducing mortgage requirements, saving money not just in the short term but over the coming years too, thanks to smaller mortgage payments.

Aston Grange is a development bringing two-, three- and four-bedroom homes to Lighthorne Heath, close to the village of Gaydon and thanks to its proximity to Junction 12 of the M40, ideal for connection to the likes of Banbury, Royal Leamington Spa and Birmingham.
