The very best new homes and housebuilders in Britain have been honoured today at the WhatHouse? Awards 2021, which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane.

In a ceremony hosted by Clare Balding and Sir Chris Hoy, Hayfield was crowned Housebuilder of the Year, the most prestigious accolade in the new homes industry.

As well as winning the blue riband Housebuilder of the Year title, Hayfield won Gold for Best Medium Housebuilder and Best Public Realm categories, and Bronze for Best Interior Design at its Hayfield Wood development in Wiltshire.

Berkeley Group was named Best Large Housebuilder and Quinn Homes Best Small Housebuilder. The Housing Association of the Year title was won by The Hyde Group. Developer Greenland received Awards in five categories for its Ram Quarter scheme in Wandsworth, south London, while other multi-Award winners include Dandara, Hill, Barratt London, Berkeley Group and Elite NuGEN.
