Miller Homes is marking its 20th-year building in East Kilbride with a brand new development in Jackton, South Lanarkshire.
Jackton Gardens will form part of the wider Jacktonhall neighbourhood currently under development, positioned on the edge of East Kilbride. The new development will comprise 131 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, taken from the new Miller Homes portfolio, with the first homes expected to be completed in Spring 2022.
Jackton Gardens will include a range of house types, including the three-bedroom ‘Halston’ and ‘Carlton’, the four-bedroom ‘Maplewood’, ‘Oakwood’ and ‘Lockwood’ and the five-bedroom ‘Bayford’ and ‘Castleford’. A four-bedroom ‘Blackwood’ show home will be launching next year, which is sure to provide interested buyers with an abundance of style inspiration for their new dream home.
Located just off Eaglesham Road, the new Jacktonhall district is expected to be hugely popular with buyers hoping to find their forever homes in the area, boosted by the high demand for future-proof, flexible homes in the East Kilbride area. Jacktonhall presents an exciting new chapter for South Lanarkshire, with the regeneration of the area enabling the creation of new homes, community and retail facilities and a new primary school, as well as plenty of green spaces and cycle paths.
Jackton Gardens offers quick and easy access into Glasgow while boasting a peaceful, semi-rural setting that’s ideal for family living. The development is close to the quaint villages of Eaglesham and Thorntonhall and has an abundance of popular green spaces, including Whitelee Wind Farm and Calderglen Country Park. It’s also well-located for East Kilbride’s excellent retail facilities, including Kingsgate Retail Park and the EK Shopping Centre.
Louise Caldwell, sales director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: “Miller Homes has a long history in East Kilbride, and we are particularly pleased to be returning to launch Jackton Gardens as part of new Jacktonhall neighbourhood.
“Miller Homes has experienced exceptional demand in recent months, particularly in the West of Scotland, and we are confident that Jackton Gardens will prove incredibly popular with everyone from first-time buyers to those seeking a forever home, with an array of flexible options available. We look forward to sharing more information about Jackton Gardens and our part in the wider Jacktonhall development in the coming weeks and months.”
