All but three homes at a new housing development in Corfe Mullen have been snapped up, less than a year after the site launched to the public.
Buyers have now purchased 55 of the 58 private homes for sale at Bellway’s Windgreen Gardens site off Wimborne Road. Construction work is drawing to close at the development which also offers 20 affordable homes for rent or Shared Ownership.
The completion of Windgreen Gardens will follow the sale of all 60 private homes at Bellway’s Badbury Reach development in nearby Wimborne.
