Midlands-based Spitfire Homes is giving homebuyers a first glimpse at 38 new high-quality homes in a Worcestershire village of Eckington, with a series of CGIs marking the start of construction work.

Named Mirabelle, the collection is positioned either side of the Pershore Road in Eckington and forms part of the homebuilder’s Bespoke Collection, known for its distinctive, design-led premium residences in sought after locations.

Spitfire commenced work on Mirabelle after recognising strong demand for more high-quality homes in Worcestershire. Local agents have been reporting that homes are currently being snapped up before they even go on the market, and there is an influx of city dwellers wanting to make their own idyllic escape to the country in the area.

With the first homes due to complete in early 2022, Mirabelle will feature a mix of three- to five-bedroom properties, comprising bungalows and detached houses in a range of sizes and styles, including one thatched cottage.

While the CGIs show what the homes will look like from the outside, the interiors of the properties will feature a selection of quality materials premium brands, with bespoke kitchens, underfloor heating and ceramic tiling.

Matt Vincent, sales director at Spitfire Homes, said: “Mirabelle is a varied collection of new homes, pairing distinctive traditionally-inspired exteriors with stylish interiors designed for modern living. Demand for properties in the area remains high, and we are already seeing strong interest in the homes, which include a number of properties specifically designed to meet local needs. Nestled between the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds AONBs, this is a prime location for homebuyers looking for a rural situation which is also highly commutable.”

Lucy Jordan, office manager at estate agency Hayman Joyce, added: This collection will appeal to discerning buyers looking for an individually designed home situated in a traditional Worcestershire village with an active community at its heart, surrounded by wonderful countryside. Each home offers peace of mind with a 10-year NHBC warranty and energy efficiency along with the opportunity to choose your interior finishes. Extra special touches such as electric car charging points, estate railings, naturalised ponds and open space will make this a truly enviable place to live.”
